We will support the system remotely, and as a first line of defense, resolve issues remotely, thereby reducing system downtime, and hence increasing productivity. Calls that require on-site intervention, will adhere to our SLA, hence resolving tickets on various priority basis.

1. In addition to commonly used applications such as web browsers, email software, word processors Virtu Technologies will also support domain specific applications* for L1 support - user additions, deletions etc, (* given the necessary training from software vendor)

2. Solving issues remotely or with on-site intervention on all supported hardware and software including, but not limited to, desktop operating systems, Microsoft applications and customer’s domain specific application.

3. Performing all installations, moves, additions or changes (IMACs) for desktop computers, notebook systems, printers and servers.

4. Network related problems and internet connectivity.
