1. Two options of Data Only backup and a full system backup are available. Full system backups ensure that all system and data files are backed up in a timely fashion to provide a full system recovery in the event of a system failure. The Data only backup will include backing up of all system data to ensure no critical data is lost in the event of a system failure. This however does not backup system files. This backup (Data only) can be configured to extract data to suit specific customer requirements.
2 .All backups are scheduled, and can be configured thus to start at the end of the work day.
